For your drug/alcohol screening needs, Blue Arbor provides walk in appointments.  To ensure adequate screening time for Federal/DOT donors, we ask donors arrive prior to 3 hours of closing due to allowance requirements.  All DNA tests are by appointment only.  Please call our office, at any location, to schedule a DNA/Paternity test.  For the safety and integrity of all Blue Arbor facilities, NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED, unless the child is a donor.
